HARRISBURG — Due to the national health emergency, Rep. Frank Ryan (R-Lebanon) announced this morning that his Palmyra office is closed to walk-in service through March 27 at which time the policy will be reviewed. In the meantime, however, constituents can still contact his office via phone or email for help with any state-related matter.
“I am urging my constituents to call or email my office if they need our assistance,” said Ryan. “These are unusual times, but we are doing everything we can to remain open for business while adhering to public safety recommendations by our state and federal health officials.
Residents can call Ryan’s office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 717-838-3823 or email Jamie Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org or Ryan at email@example.com. The office also has a mailbox outside the district office at 1044 E. Main St., Palmyra, should residents need to drop off forms or correspondence.
Residents in need of federal tax forms can obtain them online at www.irs.gov/forms-instructions. State forms may be obtained at www.revenue.pa.gov.
“The COVID-19 virus is highly contagious and it is particularly dangerous for our senior citizens,” said Ryan. “We are doing our part to prevent further spread. I encourage residents to be safe and take this emergency seriously, limit exposure to crowds, wash hands frequently and stay home if sick.”
