PALMYRA – Rep. Frank Ryan (R-Lebanon) announced today that he will host a Concealed Carry Seminar on Wednesday, Sept. 6, from 6-8 p.m., at the Palmyra Sportsmens Association, 410 Sportsmans Road, Annville
Attorney Matthew D. Menges will discuss concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine.
Det. Toby Pokrop, North Londonderry Twp. Police Dept., will explain how to safely interact with a police officer while carrying a concealed firearm. And, Lebanon County Sheriff Bruce Klingler will explain how to apply for a concealed carry license.
“If you already have a concealed carry permit, or are thinking about obtaining one, please consider attending this seminar,” Ryan said. “This event offers a unique opportunity for both prospective and experienced firearm owners to expand their knowledge of existing gun laws and get a better understanding about freely and responsibly exercising your right to keep and bear arms.”
